I made tested more than three times in a year. wbc count is always around 3.2 and neutrophil count is always under 1.3 but i feel great. any worry?

Monitor: Your WBC and neutrophil count is lower than average, but not so low that it would increase your risk of infection. I would continue to monitor this. It should be evaluated further if the numbers continue to decline or if you also have low red blood cell or platelet counts.
