Hi, i was diagnosed with plantar facitiis i was just wondering if it's normal for this to case extreme pain on the top of my foot &cause numb toes?

No: usually pain is on the bottom of your heel especially with early fort morning step. Top of the foot is not usual pain for plantar fasciitis. You need further investigation and treatment. Please see you foot doctor. Could be compensation effect.
