Neuroma: There are nerves that run between your metatarsal bones. You can develop growth on the nerve called neuroma. X-rays and us is needed to correctly diagnose. Anterior tarsal: Tunnel syndrome or a neuroma. A radiculopathy from the back would be another possibility.
