Other causes can be tarsal tunnel syndrome, sesamoid fracture and bunion deformity. You should see a podiatrists to correct diagnosis and treatment options.

Anterior tarsal: Tunnel syndrome or a neuroma. A radiculopathy from the back would be another possibility.
