Await test results: Obviously, you are seeing a doctor about this. While your described symptoms MAY be due to cancer, that's not the first diagnosis that leaps to my mind. Inflammatory bowel disease is. But no online doc can substitute for one who actually examines you. Be prayerful and patient. You'll know soon. Good luck.
