Hope you are not: taking the Paxil (paroxetine) at night. (it's an activating antidepressant and should be taken in the morning) You were not on this medication the last time you posted. Unlikely: One of the primary causes of poor concentration and memory are poor restorative sleep. I am always skeptical of anyone wanting to embrace the ADHD label if they have not had it since childhood. I would find a sleep study center and have a study done. You may have one of many treatable forms of sleep apnea or another issue they can help you manage.
