Sleep hygiene: Keeping a regular schedule for sleep with same wake and same sleep times about 9hrs prior to sleep time develop and do the same every night a process to give your body the message it is time to relax and sleep. Make sure your sleep environment is dark, comfortable and quiet, epsom salts baths may help. This may be helpful for you.
