A member asked:

What's the most likely cause for a leg cramp in one leg only? it's been a few days. it feels better when i stretch and/or walk.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Cramp: Most likely is a muscle strain or overuse injury. The other one would be an electrolyte deficiency or imbalance such as a lack of potassium or magnesium or calcium. The most concerning one would be if you have any swelling in that leg or any recent travel or on birth control pills or a family history of blood clots is a clot in your leg.
