Fungal?: If you are having pus that does not seem to be a fungal infection, at least not only a fungal infection. I would suggest you see a provider in order to get your feet checked for a possible bacterial infection and prescribe antibiotics if needed. Not taking care of feet infections can be very dangerous so I would not rely solely on an over the counter medication at this point.

Anti fungal: While the fluid filled bumps might be only fungus , as stated they may also be bacterial . The first right thing to do is see your podiatrist to get the assistance you need . In the meantime , neosporin cannot hurt . Use the cream and not the ointment so it won't make the (possible) fungus worse before your appointment .
