Deodorant: Deodorant spray with lotrim (otc) spray. That is the combination i prescribe to my patients. Hope that helps.

Many : Otc creams available and lotrimin (clotrimazole) is ok. Your podiatrist can write a rx for a better one if the otc meds don't help.
