I have a horrible skin infection itchy puss filled spots it comes and goes.been using anti fungal cream..wondering what to do?

Skin infection: Fungal infections can cause pustules and boils on the skin, but more often it is a bacterial infection which needs antibiotics. Antifungal creams would not help. Other conditions that cause result in pustules include psoriasis, reactions to medications, acne, other inflammatory conditions. Please see a dermatologist for the proper diagnosis and treatment.
