Constipation: If you have the urge to have a bowel movement but are unable, work from below with glycerin or dulcolax rectal suppositories. If no results use a fleet's.enema or a gentle tap water enema. If still no results and if experiencing abdominal discomfort, you are probably impacted and need manual disimpaction by a nurse.
