Abdominal pain : Abdominal pain can happen with diarrhea. The question follows, why did you have diarrhea, was it from IBS or other causes? Why would you take a laxative if you have diarrhea? Right lower abdominal pain can come from the ovaries, colon, appendix, gas, constipation. Sometimes from a passed gall bladder stone or kidney infection or stone. The best way to answer your question is to see your doctor
