I'm 30. ibs-c diagnosed younger. feeling stressed lately. i have achy right abdomen pain, not constant. feces vary in color & shape, lately greenish yellow brown hue. burping often. no diarrhea. causes?

R abd pain: Could be IBS, or gastritis with or without H pylori gallbladder , food intolerances, if upper abdomen or ileitis, appendicitis if lower abdomen ( usually constant) The stool color is no that unusual green is the color of bile F/u/ w/ doc / urgent care (today if right lower abdominal pain) .
