You need exam: Yes, you do. Constant rectal bleeding may be a sign of serious problem. See a surgeon or gastroenterologist for lower endoscopy. You probably need iron supplement by now too.

This requires eval.: Possible causes of blood in stool include: fissures, fistulas, hemorrhoids, cancer, ulcers, infections, inflammation, Diverticular disease & Angiodysplasia .
