Have been experiencing diarrhoea on and off for a month. stomach looks swollen and rumbles. have undergone ultrasound and blood tests. results are normal. stool results are yet to come. gp is assuming some problem in bowel. what can it be?

You are on the right path though, as starting workup under your GP, who remains your best reference going forward.
