Irritable bowel: Your symptoms are suggesting irritable bowel with possible external hemorrhoids/ fissure. Early mild inflammatory disease cannot be ruled out yet, but if your symptoms worsen do mention them to your physician. Try to stay well hydrated, exercise daily, avoid constipation as much as possible.
