What can cause a high wbc count for 8 mnths? last week i had bloodwork done again & now both wbc's & rbc's are high.

How high?: Labs mean nothing in isolation. High WBC's are concerning only when ti's way above reference range and/or there are bizarre cells among the healthy ones. Your physician is your best guide. Many people just run WBC's a bit higher than other folks and we never find why. You also know that reference ranges are set so that several percent of healthies fall outside on either end.
