My bloodwork says my wbc and rbc are high, mchc & mch are low, gran # (auto), ast and alt high. should i be worried?

Tests: Lots of test numbers. HIgh WBC count ususally sign of some type of infection, inflammation or stress. You have MCHC and MCH which are usually low with anemia, but high RBC _(dehydrated?). Your liver enzymes AST/ALT being elevated can be from a number reasons-dehydration, infection, inflammation , medications. All in all I would talk to your doctor
