Normal vaginal ph. positive leukocytes. negative nitrites. no symptoms other than full pelvic feeling. uti or std?

Doubt UTI. PID?: Could be UTI, but unlikely with negative nitrite test and without urinary symptoms like burning on urination, urgency, etc. Sounds more like a pelvic infection, like pelvic inflammatory disease, especially if you are sexually active and at risk for STD. Or other low abdominal problem like appendicitis, diverticulitis, endometriosis, and others. Don't mess around; get professionally evaluated ASAP.
