Morning anxiety: Many of my patients report starting the day worrying about problems they will face things that can go wrong, and how unhappy they may feel. At the end of the day, they feel they survived and they can escape to their homes and breathe a sigh of relief. I would suggest finding a good CBT therapist near you to help you develop coping skills that will make life less anxiety provoking.
