Panic attack?: You could be having a panic attack if you're experiencing some of the following symptoms: a pounding heart or chest discomfort, sweating, trembling, shortness of breath, nausea or abdominal distress, lightheadedness, fear of losing control, fear of dying, tingling, chills or hot flushes, and other symptoms. There are certainly other explanations. Discuss with a professional.
