For many people: Anxiety gets worse at night, although others report anxiety being worse in the morning. At night it may be due to lack of other activities and distraction or fears related to dark or sleep. Morning anxiety increases may be realted to concerns about work issues. Regardless of when it is at it's worst, get in touch with a psychologist to work on ways of reducing anxiety.
