It depends on you: Exercise will help reduce anxiety. Your choice of the time of day to exercise depends on your personal preference. If exercising in the morning helps reduce anxiety, gets you up and feeling better do it in the morning. If night time is when you are more anxious and it interferes with sleep, exercise a few hours before bedtime and it will help you relax and get a good noght's sleep.
