Needs evaluation.: A reading of an ultrasound saying that you have an echogenic lesion simply means that there is an area of the pancreas that reflects ultrasound differently than the rest of it. It may turn out to be unimportant, but it is certainly something that you should have your doctor evaluate. Further testing may be necessary. Good luck.
