I had an ultrasound done and the report read pancreas is echogenic with a lobular contour.what does that mean?

Not to much: The echo texture of the pancreas can vary for many reasons. The amount of fatty tissue will cause the texture of the gland to change. As for the lobular contour, if the gland itself has no other issues, then that is the way it is. Many different things causes for the lobular contour. If the rest of the gland is ok, don't worry.

Not much: The pancreas can normally be echogenic. As for shape unless the report said something like a "mass" then this sounds also like a normal study
