Need symptoms: We need to 1st understand what symptoms were you having, & why the abdominal ultrasound was ordered. Also, a good understanding of ALL of your medical conditions (not just being overweight) would help. Do you have diabetes? Any digestive problems? These will factor in figuring out whether the ultrasound is "false positive" (due to weight/fat) or whether it is a real finding, & what to do next. GL.
