I note there is a question mark after " a lymph node". Is this in the radiologist's report or is this your question mark? My impression is that the conclusion is presence of a lymph node. Although this implies a benign mass, you may ask your MD if a consultation with a surgeon to validate the diagnosis is worthwhile or whether an excisional biopsy is advisable as it avoids further checking ups.
