U/s report hypoechoic solid ill-def wider than tall thyroid lesion w/punctate echogenic foci, tr5, however it is only 4x4.8mm, worry about cancer?

Thyroid sonograms: Thyroid conditions detected by sonograms are never definitive. Sonograms show a picture of ultraspund onto the thyroid tissue—just a snap shot/ picture. Patient will need physical examination and thyroid cytology to determine the thyroid gland does indeed are cancerous or otherwise. Advice medical gonsultation.
