Thyroid sonograms: Thyroid conditions detected by sonograms are never definitive. Sonograms show a picture of ultraspund onto the thyroid tissue—just a snap shot/ picture. Patient will need physical examination and thyroid cytology to determine the thyroid gland does indeed are cancerous or otherwise. Advice medical gonsultation.
