This sounds like it: may just be irritation from sweating and the folds of skin on a baby's neck rubbing. It could also be a yeast skin infection from the moisture in that area.You can try keeping the area drier by putting a little cornstarch based baby powder in the area (but shake it into your hand first, then put in on the neck.) If she has a fever or the line is worsening you should take her to her pediatrician.
