Get checked.: If this is viral it is no problem. However, get checked to be sure you don't have strep. Untreated strep throat i a problem for both you and your baby. Consider calling your OB or PCP and asking them to order a throat culture for strep (more accurate than a rapid strep) or get seen in person.
