May be infected...: Sores that leak fluid may be infected, and those that have a bad odor may have some rather undesirable bacteria in them. A primary care doctor or a dermatologist can evaluate and get one started on treatment, plus be able to give a diagnosis. Rashes are difficult to describe in words, so do need to be examined.
