Breakout: keep the area clean, don't touch or "pop" the zits. think about what may have brought these on? using the phone on the right, shaving, in grown hair, shirt collar? Zits typically run their course in 4-5 days if they persist longer, spread or start oozing this could be a different type of skin infection and you will need to go see your doctor for some antibiotics.
