Yes but nospecific: High lymphocyte count in CSF can be seen in many other conditions like viral infection, CSF lymphoma and so on. Do not self-diagnose based on one test only; check with a neurologist if you have concerns about brain disease

Nonspecific: Although increased white cells can be present during periods of active relapse or inflammation, in MS, there are many other conditions which can elevate the lymphocyte count. Your doctor should be able to sort out causation, and perhaps a neurological consultation would be useful.
