You've been diagnosed with optic neuritis (check), VEP's Abn (check), EMG abn? Really? Ok...more info please. What are the symptoms prompting EMG testing and what's the localization of the lesion per EMG report? Results for Ocular CT?..Fancy test

Tough case- ? MS: Sounds like a tough case. The normal MRI and history of optic neuritis suggests a good chance you will not have MS, although it is not zero. Sometimes oligoclonal bands are found in conditions other than MS. Normally the number of bands is small (0-2) in these cases. Your EMG should be normal in a case of MS, why is it abnormal? Also, was anything else abnormal about the CSF?

Clarification: You have multiple issues, and most would strongly implicate MS. But if an MRI of both brain and spinal cord is normal, you do NOT have MS. However, several other possibilities exist, and you need to clarify your diagnosis. May help to obtain another opinion.
