Fancy name: This is usually called chronic fatigue syndrome. It is not explained well and is poorly understood. It does appear to be quite real but is not frequently treated successfully. You may need to change PCP to get a better understanding physician. The meds you are on may help but the best success is usually with cognitive behavioral therapy and exercise. A little at a time. Very frustrating problem
