Where come from the thyroid have a nodule and become a cancer ?

Thyroid nodules: Not all thyroid nodules are cancer. In fact, most nodules found in the thyroid are not cancer, they are either hyperplastic nodules (goiter) or benign lesions (adenoma). Those types of nodules can be large, but they do not "become" cancer, they are benign.
