In order: to determine whether the nodule is taller than wide, you need to specify the orientation of those measurements: Anterior-posterior(AP), transverese(T), and longitudinal. If the AP/T ratio is greater than 1, the nodule is taller than wide. An A/P >1 does not necessarily mean cancer, but along with other features, may indicate the need for FNA biopsy.
