Probably safe.: The are commonly prescribed together and they do not interact adversely. The only hesitation might be if someone has a bipolar tendency, in which case there could be a problem -- but this would not be the rule, and the treating psychiatrist would be in a best position to judge.

Per Drugs.Com: drug interaction checker > Adderall (amphetamine / dextroamphetamine) plus Zoloft (sertraline) may ^ risk for serotonergic syndrome. May also ^ side effects of nervousness, anxiety, racing thoughts and restlessness. However, it is usually safe together.
