Yes it can: We usually try to avoid that sort of combination of anti anxiety treatment and a stimulant. You're on a very low dose of Zoloft (sertraline) even for anxiety. You might chat with your doctor about increasing the dose. If possible stopping or at least decreasing the Adderall should help as well.

Yes: It is possible for Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) to cause panic attacks. However your underlying anxiety and not the Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) may be responsible. Please discuss this with the physician who is prescribing your medication as he or she knows your condition and give you the best opinion.
