Yes: Yes, you can take Folic Acid pills with those medications. However, if the zoloft (sertraline) is because you're depressed, you might benefit more from l-methylfolate than folic acid. L-methylfolate is the active form, and processing may be problematic in many depressed people. It's safe with zoloft (sertraline) and Adderall too.
