Not decrease: In some cases zoloft (sertraline) can accentuate -- not decrease -- the effects of stimulants. Please discuss these issues with your psychiatrist.

May also ^ side effects of nervousness, anxiety, racing thoughts and restlessness. However, it is usually safe together.
