Sore throat and earache..goes away for a month then comes back. multiple tests run they say its my sinuses but should i be concerned?

Probably not, but:: If your sore throat is accompanied with other signs of a cold such as cough and runny nose then it's not unusual to have recurrent episodes of sore throat and earache. The fact that your symptoms go away for a month would make it highly unlikely that any more serious condition is present. If your symptoms continue and don't seem to be due to a cold you should see an ENT specialist to be safe.
