Possible TMJ: Your jaw stiffness, sore teeth and earache might all be related to the tobacco chewing-- especially if you are also in the habit of night-grinding and/or clenching. The mystery symptom is the sore throat. You might want to see an ENT for a thorough exam.

Could be: Could be joint dysfunction, malocclusion induced hyper function, infected teeth or gums, viral or bacterial throat infection, or one of many other causes. See both your general dentist and your general physician for examination and differential diagnosis.
