Ive got red flat spots on the back of my throat, cobblestone throat, earaches, it slightly hurts to swallow, slightly sore throat, can this be strep throat? or what can this be?

Most likely a virus, but strep throat is always a possibility. See a doctor if pain becomes severe or if you develop enlarged and tender swellings (lymph nodes) under the jaw or in the neck. And get tested for Covid!
