Image density: I'm assuming the radiologist has read the scan as "fatty liver". This is generally easy to diagnose as the entire liver is a different "density" than a normal liver. In fatty liver, there are not specific regions of "droplets" or circumscribed tumor appearing nodules. The liver looks the same throughout, and thus there is no concern for tumor.

Fatty liver: A fatty liver is seen on CT scan by the density of your liver tissue. A fatty liver is diffuse, tumors are discrete mass. Treatment for fatty liver is weight loss, lipid control (often with medication/statins) and follow up with your local doc. Ask to see your blood tests, know your cholesterol and triglyceride levels. Be well.
