Persevere-vague prob: For vague abd/GI probs other helpful tests: stool analysis for infection, eval for food allergy (try elimination diet), and colonoscopy. Recheck CT for subtle submucosal edema of Lt colon - early ulcerative colitis can be tricky. If still no cause, consider IBS (irritable bowel syndrome). Often stress-related- gastritis due to stress can be a hint. Prob wise to avoid alcohol too.
