Ear infection: Even if water gets into your ear, you should have nothing to worry about, unless you have a perforated ear drum.

If you have a middle: ear infection then you are fine to shower normally. If you have an outer ear infection (like swimmer's ear) then you should avoid getting water in your ear and can use an ear plug or cotton ball while you are showering.
