My 5 month old baby was having a bath and his head dipped into the water. he swallowed water and it came out his nose. it was only for the briefest of moments. he doesnt seem to have any difficulty breathing or coughing. dry drowning ?

No: This is a relatively common issue & it does not trigger such issues. Infants that age have a well developed defensive process to protect the lungs.
