My 8mo baby takes a bath sitting, and when i rinse, i pour water from her head. is it fine? wont the water get inside her ears?

Watch the eyes: Her ears may get water in them, but that's ok, it will dry out. Do put your hand on her forehead to avoid soapy water in the eyes - that will hurt and make her not want to bathe. For the ears, usually bath water is no problem.

Won't hurt...: If you are concerned, you should help minimize getting water in her ear by shielding it and pouring the water more on that side of her head, and then do the same thing on the opposite side of her head protecting her other ear. Even if she gets some water in her ear, it will eventually drain out and dry.
