2 meals a day: If two meals a day keeps you satisfied that is OK. That said, you would probably be better off with breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Why are you taking Alendronate at your young age. Do you have osteoporosis? Levothyroxine is for an UNDERactive thyroid. Please have your thyroid levels checked.

That depends: Hi. Not if they're egg mcmuffins and big macs. If you eat meals consisting of HEALTHY food twice daily, that's fine. It's utter nonsense to think you need 3 meals/day. If you're only hungry for two, eat two. However WHAT you eat should be healthy food: whole grains, nuts and seeds, fruits and veggies, nonfat dairy, olive and canola oil, lean meats; best prepared at home. NO fast food. Good luck!
